Return Policy

 

If any product is damaged please contact office with following info: sales receipt, pictures of damage product, and packaging material.

 

If it is found to have been a manufacturing fault the product will be replaced or store credit given. Customer is responsible for shipping. If Board is damaged during shipping do not except board. Do not sign for your package until you have done a thorough inpection of your board and other products. If there is damage during shipping please take pictures and make note of damage with delivery driver. Refuse Board and have the delivery driver return with the board. Notify WAI SUP and we will send you a new Board.

 

We are not responsible for any defects or damage if the product is misused.

Warranty

 

At Wai Sup we make every effort to produce the highest quality products. We strive to use the best materials and newest technologies in the industry. During our manufacturing process every board and paddle are individually inspected to ensure top quality before being shipped. 

 

We cannot guarantee against damage or breakage during shipping. Your Wai Sup product is under warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of no more then 60 days from date of purchase. Warranty extends to original purchaser only.
